Nestled in the heart of the forest of Licq-Athérey, our renovated Basque barn from before 1940 combines authentic charm and modern comfort.
From the terrace and living room, admire the unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley. This cosy and warm cottage invites you to relax, whether for a romantic getaway or a family stay.
Here, the calm of nature and the singing of birds punctuate your days, for a real rejuvenation in the Basque Country.
** MAIN HOUSE **
The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and has: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) on the 1st floor of the main house and a sofa bed (140x190) in the living room.
A room bathroom with bath and toilet are upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, small freezer, microwave, oven, as well as all the cutlery and glasses you need to prepare your meals. The cosy living room offers a sofa bed, another sofa and an armchair, ideal for relaxing after a day in the middle of nature.
** ANNEX **
In the annex, there is a sofa bed (140x190) used as an additional sleeping area and there is also an additional water area (with shower and toilet).
Outside, enjoy a terrace with comfortable furniture and admire the unobstructed view of the valley and the Basque mountains, a perfect setting for your moments of relaxation and your meals in the open air.

The wood and stone create a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries as a couple or with your family. From the terrace or the living room, admire the sunrise over the mountains or let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds.

** NOTE STAYS IN WINTER **
The barn is not yet totally isolated, in winter, the temperature can be quite low.
** OTHER NOTES **
In order to guarantee your comfort, the rental includes sheets, towels.
A deposit will be required for your stay.

At the crossroads of the greatest hiking or outdoor sports destinations, the barn will allow you to be close to the Holzarte footbridge, Iraty, Sainte Engrâce and its gorges...
