- The garbage bin collector comes twice a week.
- Lawn service visits the house every 2 weeks.
- We have one exterior camera at the front door & another camera at the back covering the whole area, and another camera at the side of the building.

Guest access
The whole house is accessible to guests.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. $500 penalty will be applied.

- Parties are not allowed.

- The City of Dania Beach enforces strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (EST),
Our home is equipped with noise sensors to ensure compliance with these rules. These monitors do not record voices or infringe on privacy; they simply measure decibel levels to maintain a serene environment.

- Sometimes we have another guest arriving on the same day as your check-out, so we may not be able to offer a late check-out. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at the scheduled time to prepare for the next guests.

- Dania city has a very strict policy regarding street parking. Please only park in the parking spaces allowed for the house.

-Pets are welcome, but if any damage occurs, guests will be responsible for covering the repair costs and any potential loss of income from missed bookings. Thank you for helping us maintain the property for all guests!
