Awful, ridiculous price.

Being near the beach

-Price(ridiculous for what we had…$120 for cleaning of a studio was a ripoff) -size and comfort of bed(awful) -cleanliness of floor(feet were black after walking from the bathroom to the bed) -Kitchen facilities(dorm size refrigerator, no cabinet space, limited dish ware, expected to wash dishes…but no place to put them while you dried them, no trash can) -host was not willing to work with me when I discussed having booked (I thought) the apartment with a full kitchen and separate bedroom).

Pleasant

Location is great. However be aware that this is a dog beach to your right hand. This means that dogs will be jumping on you every five minutes. If you walk to the left you will not have this problem.

If you are a light sleeper the room could be problematic because noise and light. Refrigerator is just next to the bed so I needed to turn it off. There is one window with no curtains at all so there is light inside the room even during night. Also these are connected rooms so you will hear all conversations and TV if they are loud.

No assistance during our arrival, and next day hurried us to check out from the room and it even wasn’t time to check out yet. (to be specific 9AM)

Amazing time and the listing was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach 15 steps away. Building is within walking distance to several restaurants or an easy shuttle ride to the boardwalk. Can't wait to visit again! Vickie our host was absolutely amazing

AMAZING

This place is phenomenal! Everything is done with great spirit and love. It had a full kitchen, dining area, beautiful bathroom, clean bedroom, comfortable bed. Loved this studio. Perfect, even for a longer stay. The manager was very accommodating to our needs. So close to the beach, quite neighborhood, the pool was a BIG PLUS, parking was not a problem. If you`re a looking for a very nice place with a very friendly staff, this is the place for you. We will comeback for sure !!

Very comfortable place just off the beach and a heartbeat removed from the crowds and noise of Hollywood beach. Vickie was a fantastic host , very responsive and professional. Beds and linens was super comfortable, pool and apartment was spotless. I highly recommend

Location was nice.

Communication between renter and place should be better. Confusion on when payment was processed, e-mail between property, booking etc. Clear direction on unit number upon arrival. TV is not direct. The guest has to set up a ROKU account and put in all kinds of personal e-mail to just watch TV. This was never informed on website or anywhere else. I don't like setting up TV accounts on my travels. Cost is high enough to have TV at the convenience of the traveler.

I will be returning. My new favorite place!

I absolutely loved my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back! Vicky, the property manager was attentive, really nice and easy to talk to. Also, loved that the pool was right outside my room. Beach towels were also provided.
