The main living room, cozy and bright, opens directly onto the heart of the villa: a true open-air living room where you can relax while watching the sea merge with the sky, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden that envelops the house. The private pool with a sun deck and lounge chairs is a constant invitation to relax, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or for enjoying golden sunsets surrounded by nature.
The dining area and fully equipped kitchen allow you to enjoy the home in total comfort: modern appliances, ample counter space, and an elegant design make it perfect for preparing lunches and dinners with friends and family.
The villa features four spacious and bright suites with double beds, each offering direct access to the outdoor areas or stunning views of the surrounding nature. Every bedroom features a closet for storing your favorite clothes. In addition, there are four en-suite bathrooms, all equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and bidet—modern and meticulously designed—as well as a small guest bathroom for your convenience.
The interior spaces are complemented by areas dedicated to relaxation, reading, and wellness, all perfectly climate-controlled to ensure optimal comfort in every season.
The property features air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for those who need to work or are traveling on business.
