About this cabin rental
Here, life slows to the rhythm of sunrise and sunset. Mornings arrive softly over rolling hills. Evenings stretch long and golden across the trees. With both cabins reserved together, you’ll enjoy the rare gift of togetherness balanced with breathing room — shared meals, shared laughter, and private spaces to unwind at day’s end.
Located just two miles from the west side of Lake Koocanusa, this retreat places you close to hiking trails, horseback rides, kayaking adventures and great fishing spots. Spend your days exploring the outdoors, then return to your cabins to settle into stillness and fresh mountain air or soak in your own private hottub.
Inside, each cabin offers warm, cozy comforts with thoughtful touches throughout. Across the two homes, you’ll find:
4 bedrooms total (2 per cabin)
2 full bathrooms (1 per cabin)
Comfortable queen and full beds for restful nights
Inviting living areas with loft spaces, board games, and flat-screen TVs with DVD players
Two well-equipped kitchens for easy meal preparation
Dining tables that naturally become gathering places
Step outside to covered porches and private decks where lounge chairs and gas grills invite relaxed afternoons and easy dinners beneath open skies. Each cabin also features its own private hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars after a day by the lake. With two outdoor spaces per cabin, there’s plenty of room for morning coffee in solitude or evening meals shared in the fading light.
Pets are welcome (with additional fee,) so your four-legged companions can roam and relax alongside you.
Boosted WiFi, stand-alone A/C units, community washer and dryer access, and on-site check-in at the gift shop and office provide everyday convenience while preserving the cabins’ rustic charm. Parking for multiple vehicles makes arrival simple. Please note that stairs are required to access the homes, and the homeowner is on site.
At Reynolds Roost Retreat, the days are shaped by nature and the nights by quiet skies. It’s a grounding place — spacious yet simple — where mountain air clears the mind, conversations linger a little longer, and the outdoors becomes your shared living room.
