Located within the gated Laguna Key beachside community at the far west end of Gulf Shores, AL, Cook House sleeps up to 12 guests and is positioned between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. Guests enjoy private deeded beach access via a boardwalk with seating and a covered pavilion, providing a quiet alternative to more crowded beaches. Community amenities include a large resort-style swimming pool with a fountain, lounge seating, restrooms, tennis courts, and a two-story observation deck with sweeping coastal views.
Inside, Cook House offers three thoughtfully designed levels of living space, ideal for larger groups and multi-generational families. The lower level features three inviting bedrooms, including the home's primary king suite with a private bath, garden tub, walk-in shower, and access to a covered deck. Two additional guest bedrooms—one king and one queen—each include en-suite bathrooms and direct deck access, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.
The main level serves as the heart of the home, with an open-concept living and dining area showcasing Gulf views and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. The fully stocked kitchen is perfectly suited for family meals or quick lunches before heading to the beach. A full bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.
The second floor offers a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, while the upper level includes a loft-style sleeping area with a queen bed, television, and a private bathroom—an ideal retreat for teens or guests who appreciate their own space.
Important Notes: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this home and must remain present throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, and smoking is strictly prohibited. A maximum of four vehicles is allowed per HOA regulations.
