About this apartment rental
The one-bedroom apartment is located in the main building, on the 3rd floor.
Living/dining room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat-screen), access to the balcony, open kitchen (2 stovetop burners, Nespresso machine, toaster). Shower/toilet. Views of the mountains, the countryside, and the garden. Amenities: hair dryer. Non-smoking accommodation.
The Tga Clo apartment building is located in the valley floor, right at the confluence of the Julia and Schletg rivers, with views of the mountains, less than 100 meters from the gondola’s valley station, right next to the snow sports school in winter and the swimming lake in summer.
It takes 5–10 minutes to walk to the village center.
Inside the building, you’ll find a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna (not included in the rental price), a bowling alley, a youth game room, a children’s playroom, and a lounge with a TV and library. In the summer, there is a grill available on the rooftop terrace and another in the garden.
Each apartment comes with a parking space. Every apartment is also accessible by elevator from the garage. Our underground parking garage has a maximum height of 1.80 m. On the 2nd basement level, you’ll find a guest washing machine and dryer.
