Very clean property. We had a nice stay

The host was amazing! It’s beautiful and looks just like the pictures shown. The location isn’t too far from anything but the neighborhood was ran down and you can hear the traffic at night from the freeway. It could have been cleaned a little better. Over all it’s worth the amount you pay.

The inside was very nice you could tell much thought was put into it. But we were missing a few items and I told are host who took care of it. I loved the place but the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that I would not recommend this for children under 5. All the white furniture I was on edge. But the location is great the property is nice. We did need trash cans upstairs and outdoors firewood smores sticks and chairs

Property is decorated beautifully, and you can tell it was recently renovated, but it seems it was rushed. I do not think the cleanliness of the property was up to par for the price we paid for the stay. I noticed some uneven floor panels that caused some guests to trip a little. The bedroom downstairs had so many bugs. We noticed the windows didn't seal properly; therefore we always had small flying insects in our bed/ room/ bathroom. I didn't complain to the host because I could visibly see that the type of windows the house has are vintage; therefore, they weren't able to be fully sealed when shut. We were having issues cooling the first floor, so that was a bummer. Due to the warm first floor, I had to turn on the fan in our bedroom. The blades of the fan were so dirty that I had to get up there myself to wipe the blades clean with a towel. My husband opened the air vent and got so dirty with dust/ dry paint?/ debris coming down from the vent. The bedroom downstairs had a locked closet, as I believe that's where the water heater was stored in? On the last night at 5:40 am there was an incredibly loud noise coming from that locked closet! It scared my husband and I straight out of bed, it was so loud! The noise lasted from 5:40 am to 6:30 am (i got it on video). I had to put my AirPods in, play a video, and put the pillow over my head to slightly muffle the sound, but even that didnt help. They need to pay more attention to the small details and upkeep the property better.
