Welcome to Cozy Condo at Platte Lake Resort — your classic Up North escape! This rustic 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 6 and offers the perfect mix of comfort and lakeside charm.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy living space with Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a full kitchen. Outside, the resort provides 150 feet of private sandy waterfront, a dock (for swimming and non-motorized watercraft only), a playground, and a community firepit with free firewood provided.
Guests are just minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Platte River tubing, and the charming towns of Frankfort and Beulah. Crystal Mountain Resort is a short drive away, and Traverse City is about 30 minutes north — close to everything, but still a peaceful retreat.
Important Notes & Rules:
No fishing trips or fishing parties (homeowner rule)
No motorized boats or PWCs allowed for guests; moorings are for owners only
No pets allowed on resort property or in the condo
Family/adult vacation use only — not a party rental
Guests must agree to and sign our rental agreement before their stay
