Step inside and you'll find a bright, welcoming space designed for relaxing and spending time together. Curl up on the comfortable couch in front of a warm fire, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or head outside to enjoy the peaceful wooded setting.
The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind under the stars after a day of exploring.
For couples, Serenity Woods provides a quiet and intimate escape. For families and small groups, there's plenty to explore both on the property and throughout the surrounding area.
🛏️ Additional Sleeping Cabin
For guests who need additional sleeping space, a separate sleeping cabin on the property is available exclusively to guests staying at the main house.
The cabin can accommodate up to 4 additional guests and is a great option for families or groups who want a little extra space and privacy.
The additional cabin is not rented separately or to outside guests and is available only in conjunction with a reservation at the main house.
Additional cabin fees
$50 per night
$50 one-time cleaning/linen fee
Maximum of 4 additional guests
The cabin must be requested at the time of booking so it can be included in the reservation.
The main house reservation does not automatically include use of the additional sleeping cabin.

The Serenity cottage is nestled in the woods offering peace and quiet, and privacy. The exterior and interior is is in perfect condition. The host thought of everything and we had no needs whatsoever.Really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all the activities we planned. Highly recommend this property.

This location was great for us, with family camping at Platte River. We were close to many places we visit in the area in Frankfort, Empire, etc. The host had thought of so many things, we were very impressed. Blankets for the couch, extra beach towels, night lights for kids, dog run with waste bags, safety items and a lighter for the fire pit. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. The only item we wished it had was window coverings in the living room. The house is in the woods with hardly any neighbors, but personal preference. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is an absolute gem. The kitchen is so stocked with spices and cooking stuff. The beds are super comfy and clean. The bathroom is huge and spotless. The location is so private and wooded. Everything is ideal. It's a short drive to the lighthouse for amazing sunsets, to the dunes for hiking and sight seeing. 10/10 recommend.
