About this house rental
Let’s start with the neighborhood. You can easily walk to Downtown, to the Hike and Bike trail, to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, a couple of gyms, a dog park, and some of Austin’s favorite restaurants. Less than 15 minutes by bike to UT campus. Minutes from the Mopac Expressway. It’s just a very centrally located address.
This chic, three-level home features a unique open floor plan on the main level with a sunken dining area with seating for six. Each space feels distinct yet connected. Please enjoy the 55in flat-screen TV in the living room and the gas fireplace in the dining room. The main floor deck is a fun spot for al fresco dining.
The kitchen, with its high ceilings and skylights, is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and gas range plus a cute breakfast nook. There is a half bathroom conveniently located between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
On the lower level, two bedrooms each open to the backyard. One features a full bed with an adjustable bedframe and rollaway desk that can be used against the wall, or rolled right over the bed. The second is currently used as an office/work-out space including an exercise bike, but we are open to furnishing as a bedroom for a stay of three months or more. Off that room a deck with bar height seating is a great flexible space. Both lower-level bedrooms share a full bath with a standard tub/shower.
On the top level, the spacious primary suite has a queen bed, a great work space and a huge walk-in closet. There is an ensuite bath with a pristine soaking tub, separate shower and dual vanity. The top deck, with its comfy seating, showcases beautiful sunset views.
The rental includes one enclosed parking space and two driveway spots.
