On the second floor of a typical Athenian apartment building, this 130 sqm residence features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combined living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
With its herringbone wooden flooring and minimalistic decor, the generous open-plan living and dining area exudes elegance and warmth. It boasts ample sofa space to relax on after a day of walking the exhilarating Athenian streets below. The dining area is bathed in natural light and easily seats six for a home meal away from home.
The Kitchen, with a space of its own, boasts a sleek grey and white palette with integrated appliances and everything you will need for your very own cooking sessions. It also features a slightly higher table (with 4 stools) for a more casual meal or quick coffee before you begin your day roaming the Greek capital.
