This entire 2-bedroom cottage sleeps up to 5 (two queens + a full sleeper sofa) and sits just steps from Hyannis Harbor, the ferries, and Main Street dining. Off-season Cape Cod is quieter, easier to park, and perfect for longer stays, remote work, or a travel-nurse / contract assignment base.
Inside: bright living space, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs in every room, reliable Wi‑Fi, smart-lock self check-in after 3:00 PM. Heat and AC year-round. Outside: private yard, grill, fire pit for cool evenings, outdoor shower for warmer days.
Linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided, plus beach cart and chairs for Veterans Beach (short walk). Off-street parking for up to 2 cars. Pet-free and smoke-free.
Winter rental Nov 1 – May 1: discounted monthly rates, utilities included. Message us for details. Ideal for longer stays, couples, small families, remote workers, and travelers who want a real home near the harbor without summer crowds.
