Centrally located in Hyannis with a large backyard, sunroom, fully stocked kitchen, full basement, dedicated work space & large back patio w/ a grill! Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 6 Beds, & 2 full baths. WALK to Keyes Beach, then come home and use our outdoor show. Only 1 mile to Main Street Hyannis shops, restaurants, and coffee shops + the ferries that go to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard. Located in a very convenient area of Cape Cod.

The house is located by Keyes Memorial Beach. It's a relaxing, secluded beach with paid public parking that is great for families & kids of all ages! The water is calm and there's plenty of space so that you aren't on top of someone else. We enjoy watching the fireworks off the beach every Fourth of July. This beach is a great place to relax and read a book, and a little known treasure.

The property is on a quiet residential road. with a fantastic location for walking to a child-friendly beach and a great variety of shops and restaurants.

The property was clean and as advertised, the check in process was very easy and the hosts super responsive. Things to improve I’d say is the outdoors. The terrace and fire pit area were very dirty, it’s a summer rental so guests expect to spend a portion of their time outside. Some power washing of the downstairs area and some new chairs for the fire pit area would work wonders. The landscaping needed improvement, but the owners took care of calling a company to mow the grass as soon as my wife let them know, so incredibly responsive hosts. Very nice area, perfect location, so close to the beach. We had a great time.
