- This is a completely smoke-free property.
- Stairs are required to access the full property. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, and the living area and kitchen are located on the third floor.
- For your peace of mind, the unit is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
- There is no A/C. This is typical of homes in the area, as summer temperatures are mild, rarely rising about the mid-70s.
- No parties: quiet hours are enforced
