About this house rental
Living is easy in this generously spacious townhome with pond and river views. Claim Jumper Townhouse 22 is the only four-bedroom, four bathroom rental! This townhome is a two-story property with a bedroom on both the main floor as well as the second floor. You'll enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace while lounging on the alpine-inspired furniture. You can catch your favorite sports game or movie on the large screen TV with Direct TV! You will be entertained by playing board games near the fire while appreciating the quality time well spent. On through the living area is the dining area which seats six, then to the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops, a regular coffee pot, utensils, dishes, glasses, and stainless steel appliances. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Up the stairs, you will find a master bedroom with a King Bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the town fishing ponds! Down the hall is another master bedroom with a King bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and private balcony also overlooking the town fishing ponds. Across the way is the fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom.

This property was so great for my family with 4 boys ranging from ages 8-15. The pond was literally across the street and the river was about 30 steps out from the back door. The kids fished all day! There were plenty of pots and pans, and having bathrooms in all the bedrooms was so nice! We walked EVERYWHERE! This was the perfect outdoor summer getaway from Texas heat. We will definitely return!

This is the perfect location for skiing and doing things in town. Everything, including the grocery store, is just a short walk away. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. We never ran out even if we took showers one after the other when we got off the mountain. There's also a nice assortment of spices in the pantry if you want to do some cooking while you're there. Definitely the best place we've stayed in Red River!
