Bayview Terrace Beauty! Every inch of the adorable condo has been touched and updated from top to bottom. You will love the comfortable seating and beds along with the marine life and nautical touches throughout the condo. The kitchen has been updated and extended with all new appliance, cabinets and a breakfast bar.
The Master bedroom not only has a full bath but also a small balcony that has views of the bay and on a clear day you can see the Skyway Bridge.
Rarely available in Bayview Terrace, this unit has two full bathrooms. The master has a step-in shower and the guest has a tub and shower.
The pool is spacious and directly on the bay with gorgeous views both north and south. There is also a community BBQ area for all to use. Also, on site is a coin operated laundry facility.
Bayview Terrace is approximately 100s yard to the beach and there are neighboring shops, bars and restaurants within that distance. If you want to venture out further, you are within walking distance to Historical Bridge Street and the worlds most popular Moose Lodge. If walking is not your preferred mode of travel, there is a free trolley with a stop nearby. You can go north to Anna Maria City and Holmes Beach or south all the way to Coquina Beach. There are many stops in between so that you can explore the Island at your leisure.
