This holiday flat in a villa is located in a beautiful natural setting in Manerba del Garda, Lombardy, in a quiet residential area only 200 metres from the lake. A small paradise surrounded by nature.

The flat has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, and a wardrobe. It is possible to add a single bed. The owner lives in the adjacent complex. Excursions and motorboat trips are available on request and for a fee.

The lake, with direct access, is only a five-minute walk away. The lakeside bay is one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda, with Isola dei Conigli and Isola del Garda reachable by boat. The towns of Salò and Desenzano are only a few kilometres away. The mountains are also within easy reach.
