Family house ideally located only 120 m from the main beach and in the immediate vicinity of shops and tennis courts.
Here, everything is within walking distance: the media library, the yacht club and the children's beach club are just a few hundred metres away. The Saint Briac golf club is 3 km away. The charming seaside resort is renowned for its typical 1900's villas and its many hiking trails by the sea.
The house is spacious and bright. It has 2 communicating lounges, a veranda and a large terrace with garden furniture. The garden is very large and walled.
The bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. They are served by a wide staircase with a half-height landing (easy for the elderly). There is a toilet on each floor (+ washbasin on the first floor).
On the first floor: entrance, 2 communicating living rooms, fitted kitchen, dining room, toilet with washbasin, veranda. Staircase with landing on the middle floor and low slope.
On the 1st floor: two large bedrooms (twin beds 90x200), one of which has a washbasin. The bedrooms open onto the terrace. Large bathroom (2 windows), 2 washbasins, bathtub (shower screen). A separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor: bedroom 1 with double bed (140), bedroom 2 with twin beds (90x200), bedroom 3 with double bed (140), bedroom 4 with 1 single bed. Games room (17 m2). Shower room with sink and toilet.
