We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the booking platform app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.
We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any
concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours,
we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Located opposite Warnbro Beach, enjoy swimming, fishing, paddleboarding and sunset walks just steps away. Family- and pet-friendly foreshore areas, cycling paths and calm waters make it ideal for coastal holidays. A short drive reaches Penguin Island and Shoalwater Marine Park for wildlife and snorkelling. Easy access to Kwinana Freeway connects you to Perth (~45 mins), Mandurah (~25 mins) and Perth Airport (~1 hr).
Guests have access to the full home except for the garage, which is reserved for owner storage.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Please avoid parking on neighbouring lawns or the front verge.
Access details are provided prior to arrival once a simple ID and card verification process is completed via our Guest App, similar to standard hotel check-in procedures, helping ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the sauna during their stay.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to family dinners, with ample bench space and quality appliances to make longer stays comfortable and easy.

Please note:
The rear section of the block contains a small separate dwelling occupied by longer-term tenants. Privacy screening and strict privacy conditions are in place to ensure a comfortable and private experience for all guests.
Getting around is easy from this location. The Kwinana Freeway is a short drive away, providing direct access north to Perth and south to Mandurah. Perth Airport is typically under an hour by car. Local bus routes service the area and connect to Warnbro Train Station on the Mandurah Line for travel into Perth. Scenic coastal cycle paths also run nearby, ideal for exploring the foreshore by bike.

Nature & coastal environment
The home is located in a beautiful natural beachfront setting. As with many coastal homes, occasional insects or local wildlife may appear if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally maintained, and we’re always happy to assist if needed.
Pet-friendly 🐾
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets. While the property does not have a fenced yard, the beachfront reserve and coastal walking paths directly opposite provide beautiful outdoor spaces for pets and their owners to enjoy. A pet fee applies per stay and can be arranged via our guest portal prior to arrival.

Security hold
