* Second Floor (Main Living Space): Features a spacious living area, large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a convenient half-bathroom, and 2 large bedrooms (each with a King bed and private en-suite bathroom).
* Third Floor (Private Suite): Features 1 additional large bedroom (equipped with 2 Queen beds) and a private en-suite bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay this beach house! From the beginning the host was very kind and answered questions promptly. Checkin was easy! The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. It had everything you needed. We had the best vacation there. I highly recommend this house for a large family, The extra golf carts was so convenient to enjoy and get around. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommend!

House was clean, prepped, and ready for my family of 12. Our hosts were exceptional people, above and beyond their duties as Host! My grandchildren were in awe when they saw the selection of games! There were 2 golf carts plus we rented a third. The pool and Beach were as the kids would say āThe best cart rides ever!ā Semper Fi Surfside was like a glove we just slid in, perfect fit! Looking forward to making plans for 2027!! As a Grandparent the safety of your loved ones is important and this community provides that
