About this house rental
Spectacular Bermuda Bay Home. 5 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath Home. 2 Kings, 3 Queens, 4 Double and 1 Single bed. Home sleeps 19. Main level has two master bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. Third level has one large bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Lower level has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the main floor guests can enjoy a spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot and toaster. Dining room is off of the kitchen. Bar stools are available at the kitchen area. Lower level has a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Main level and lower level both have washer and dryers. Lower level has a patio has a hot tub that renters able to use. Garage was converted to a game room that includes pool table, ping pong table, dart board, ring toss, large screen television with couch seating and heating and air conditioning. Home has 8 smart televisions. Free WIFI. Gas grill is available for guests to use. Front porch has furniture to relax after a day at the beach. Back porch is off one of the master bedrooms and comes with furniture. Plank flooring through out the home. No smoking and No pets allowed. Enjoy this home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard court and two tennis courts. Golf carts can be rented through the Oceanside Village Office. Linens are not included but can be purchased.

The house was great! The property was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance or gadget you might need. The only “issue” we had was when we cooked it got really warm in the house and it took a while to cool back down.

Beautiful rental, we enjoyed our stay.The owner's were great, they had the Hot tub ready for us. We had plenty of room, and had everything we needed to make this trip relaxing. We had no issues or problems. Absolutely loved this house!! We will definitely stay here again!
