PROPERTY AMENITIES
Ceiling Fans Throughout, Televisions, Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

The house was great for us 12 guys on our annual golf trip. The location was awesome and everything was as the listing stated. My only suggestion would be to replace your plunger in the upstairs master bedroom. Thank you for the hospitality.

We enjoyed staying near the surfside. Plenty of room for golfers friends. Very near beach, loved watching the beautiful sunrise! Will stay again

Location was beautiful, as was the home. Upon arrival there were several areas of the property in need of attention. Stained throw pillows and furniture that had seen better days were in the unit. Light fixtures on the second story had dead bugs/ flies in them. Bathroom not properly cleaned on the third floor left much to be desired. Stain on ceiling and other cleanliness issues made our stay less enjoyable. With an updated couch, and attention to detail this could be a comfortable place to stay.
