This property also has noisewaware software in the loft to monitor noise levels. This is to ensure comfort for guests and neighbors

The home features tasteful decor, exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors, stainless steel appliances, & granite counters, all the while providing all the amenities for an easy & enjoyable trip, including: hi speed WI-Fi, smart T.V with cable, towels + linens, shampoo + conditioner, coffee/tea.

***Quiet hours go into effect at 10pm for all common areas. We have neighbors, please be respectful guests.

Guests can easily travel via Uber and Lyft as well as the scooter sharing programs (Bird & Lime) made available in Columbus or may choose to walk one block on Summit/4th Street to catch the local bus routes. The Loft also allows for quick access to the main highways in Columbus.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
