About this apartment rental
The perfect lcoation for your next trip to columbus. This massive loft is great for entertaining with a large dinning room table, oversized kitchen island and 2 living room areas. Not to mention the twin 65` TV`s. You may never leave :)
Upstairs boasts two King bed en-suites with the master bath including a large Soaking tub!
Downstairs sleeping arrangments are in the living room (1 Queen air mattress) area with a large 1/2 bath off the kitchen.
No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.
Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.
Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.
Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
