Chill out in this groovy (and somewhat eclectic) one-bedroom apartment in New York near Penn Station, Hudson Yards, Chelsea, and the HighLine. Not far from Times Square or the West Village, with many subway lines nearby (plus Long Island Railroad, Amtrak, and NJ Transit). The space also features a small, quiet office. Air conditioner in living room which cools the place down. One living room, one bedroom, kitchen, bath, and small office. Plus a roof deck! Two elevators, and laundry in the basement.
