About this apartment rental
Gorgeous studio in central Chelsea located on the Flower Street. The studio is located in the center of it all near night life, Gallerias, Restaurants, Shopping, Cafes and Transportation. Broadway, Chelsea, 5th Avenue, Museum Mile, Times Square.
We invite you to a clean, neat and well-designed studio with a private, full bath and a fully equipped kitchen.
The studio can sleep up to two (2) guests.
It has a Queen size bed and a sofa (which cannot be used as a sofa bed)
We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows for the queen bed and one towel per person upon arrival. (We do not provide substitution or new bedding during your stay)
The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There is one flat screen television for your viewing pleasure.
Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM. There are no arrivals after 7pm
We cannot offer luggage storage and/or later departure time

I would rank it a 4 1/2 The apartment was spacious and in a very convenient location to the subway, Penn Station, restaurants, groceries, High Line, Chelsea, etc. Manager was responsive quickly to non-working wifi and microwave oven, but not responsive about lack of heat. Heat was provided on a few very cold mornings, but was not provided on very cold evenings at bedtime even though I noted that the apartment was very cold on cold evenings. I purchased a bath matt because the tub was extremely slippery when showering. I left the matt so that the future guests do not slip. One window blind was broken and covered about half the window. The other window blind is missing. It would be an improvement if blinds could be placed in the windows so that the room could be darker at night since lots of light comes in thru the windows. New York is a noisy city but the noise beneath this apartment is very loud. Deliveries and movement of plants occur overnight and early in the mornings. Any guest will need a white noise machine or app to maintain sanity thru the noise. A few amenities would go a long way in improving one's stay. It would be nice to provide enough toilet paper and more than 1/3 of a roll of paper towels for 5 weeks. A five week stay might include about one towel per week instead of one towel for 5 weeks.

We had a wonderful 12-week stay at the Chelsea Studio in the Flower District. The location is great and safe. The studio is clean and it has everything that you may need.

I stayed for 6 months while at my co-op. The apartment was exactly as described. There was a fully working kitchen. A/C unit worked well through the hot summer. Bed was comfortable. Area was an amazing location! Manager was very quick with responding to questions and fixing any problems. The only down side was I had issues connecting with the internet. Manager rebooted several times, but I still had issues connecting. Overall, 5/5 stars.
