Two decks provide ample outdoor space just off of the house with the front deck overlooking Apalachicola Bay and the back deck looking over a large grassy backyard backed up by a small wetland area providing complete privacy and the perfect location to study the starry night sky. There is a spacious concrete area under the house is shady and perfect for gathering out of the sun. All of the restaurants and shops on the island are within walking distance and there is a short sandy path leading directly to the beach. Across the street from the house is a small public access spot for the bay where you can catch trout and redfish, and you can launch a canoe or kayak. This house is comfortable and affordable the just perfect for families looking to experience the magic of St. George Island and its beautiful miles of pristine beach!
