Exceptional views of Mountains to the North East and False Creek waterfront to the South.
The workout area called ESPRIT CLUB is located on the main floor of the building boasts a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, weight workout room, offices, bowling alley and games room including table tennis. ALL INCLUDED WITH FREE ACCESS
Across the street is Parq Casino a 72,00 square-foot casino spread across 2 floors with table games and slot machines.
Next door is BC PLACE home to this year's WORLD CUP as well as the Whitecaps soccer and BC Lions football.
Next to BC Place is ROGERS ARENA home to the Vancouver Canucks.
