ACCESS & PROPERTY DETAILS
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, outdoor decks, and the spacious yard. The shed is not accessible to guests. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a smart TV, and multiple areas designed for relaxing and gathering throughout your stay. Please note: The home is located in a residential mountain community. For everyone’s safety and privacy, please do not walk between or on neighboring properties, as those areas are private. For security purposes, there is one exterior camera located at the main entry (Ring doorbell) on the east side of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

MOUNTAIN SAFETY & WILDLIFE
This home is located in a natural mountain setting where wildlife is part of the experience. Black bears and other animals are occasionally present in the area.
Please follow these guidelines during your stay:

✩ Keep vehicles locked at all times
✩ Never approach or feed wildlife
✩ Supervise children and pets outdoors

PET POLICY
All pets must be pre-approved prior to booking. Breed restrictions and weight limits apply—please inquire before reserving. Proof of current flea and tick prevention is required. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Evidence of pets on beds or couches may result in additional cleaning fees or replacement charges. Local ordinances require pets to be leashed at all times outdoors, and waste must be properly disposed of.

DELIVERIES & PACKAGES
The cabin does not have a mailbox and cannot receive packages delivered via USPS. If you need to ship items ahead of your stay, please use UPS or FedEx. For items that can only be delivered through USPS, please contact us in advance to coordinate special arrangements.
