Bright 2-room vacation apartment in a sunny, elevated location in Oberau (Zugspitze region) with a large balcony and stunning mountain and distant views; on clear days, you can see all the way to the Zugspitze. Quietly located on the 1st floor, ideal for couples, small families, and active vacationers. Living room and bedroom with balcony access, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, bed linens and towels included. Perfect starting point for hiking, biking, winter sports, and excursions. Excellent access by car and public transportation; underground parking space available.
The Accommodation
Our bright 2-room vacation apartment is located in a sunny, elevated area of Oberau in the Zugspitze region and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountains and the surrounding landscape from the large balcony. On clear days, you can even see the Zugspitze from here. The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex and is ideal for couples, small families, or active vacationers.
The apartment features a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and direct access to the balcony, a separate bedroom with its own balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. A clothes drying rack is also provided, so laundry can be conveniently washed and dried on-site. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided. The installed blinds ensure that the rooms can be reliably darkened.
Oberau is located between Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Murnau and is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, winter sports, and excursions to the Zugspitze, the Partnach Gorge, or the surrounding lakes. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are located in the town and the surrounding area.
Transportation links are excellent: Oberau is easily accessible by car via the A95 and B2. The Oberau train station and bus routes provide regular connections to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Murnau, and Munich.
An underground parking space is available for guests’ use.
