Positioned directly across from one of the most iconic beaches on the Dominican Republic’s North Coast, this villa offers panoramic ocean and mountain views, a rooftop terrace, and the ultimate coastal lifestyle experience.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms designed for privacy and convenience. Your stay includes 40 kWh per night. Usage above that amount is charged at 18 pesos per kWh and is payable at checkout in USD or pesos. The electricity meter is photographed at arrival and again at checkout, and both readings are shared with guests. To manage usage, we recommend turning off air conditioning when not in use. The pool pump also consumes a significant amount of electricity and should be turned off when not needed.
