Location and this unit' design and features were all great! Owner was also available to clarify how door power lock worked.
Booking.com and its reservation confirmation was NOT accurate! (showed WRONG description for this unit #1303 that I rented....incorrectly identified this as "Penthouse unit with rooftop".....that description ONLY applied to owner's OTHER unit, NOT this unit I rented!)

Its not a penthouse, its on 3 Floor.
The door is broken, somtimes its not opening.
On other side construction is ongoing.
