About this house rental
This modern villa offers a fully private backyard oasis in Casa Linda Connections, near Encuentro Beach--renowned for surfing and great for anyone who enjoys sun, sand and sea. Relax spacious indoor-outdoor living, a peaceful setting, and everything you need for making lasting memories with family and friends.
The main room is an open concept of kitchen, living room and dining area. You can access two bedrooms from the main room and there are two bedrooms and a half bath outside. Each bedroom is en-suite. There is also a free standing shower on the patio.
This villa is not guest friendly.
Guests can contact us directly through their guest group chat for quick assistance. Please note that phone calls are not recommended, as cellular reception in the area can be unreliable, especially when Wi-Fi is not available.
Your stay includes 50 kwh per night. Any usage over that amount will be charged at 18 pesos per kwh and is payable at checkout in either USD or pesos.
We also offer the option to pay through Airbnb with a $7 bank processing fee.
The meter is photographed near your arrival time and again at checkout. We use those readings to calculate total usage and determine if any additional payment is needed. Both images are shared with guests in their group guest chat with us.
The best way to save on electricity is to turn off the air conditioners when you’re not in the room or when you leave the villa. The space cools down quickly when you return—usually in just a minute or two—and this simple habit can make a big difference in reducing your electricity costs.
Additionally, the pool pump consumes a significant amount of power. You are welcome to use it whenever you wish, but we recommend turning it off once you’re finished, as it draws a high number of kilowatt hours and can noticeably increase your electricity costs during your stay.
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Please keep all doors and windows closed while smoking or vaping to prevent smoke from entering the home.
Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per night. Any usage above the included amount will be charged at 17 DOP per kWh and is payable at checkout. Payment can be made in USD, DOP, or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 5.5% processing charge.
Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. Air conditioners and pool pumps are major power draws. To help conserve energy and keep electricity usage within the included allowance, we recommend turning off air conditioners when leaving the property or when a room will be unoccupied for more than 30 minutes. The air conditioners are very efficient and can cool the rooms again within just a few minutes after being turned back on.
No diving is permitted in the pool. Please use the provided beach towels for the pool and beach.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the patio or in the pool area.
Please use only plastic glasses, cups, and bowls around the patio and pool.
Please ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving the property. If you open the windows during your stay, please close them immediately if it begins to rain.
At checkout, please place all garbage in the designated garbage bins outside the property and ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off before departing.
