Fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located off Ski Hill Rd., only 0.7 miles from Peak7 Base & mins to Main Street. Pet allowed with prior approval and pet fee.
The space
Every room in my home is light-filled! Ample room for a group or multiple couples. There are 4 bedrooms (including 1 master suite and 1 junior suite). (The home elevator is ONLY available for use by guests who require it for medical/mobility purposes.). Home entrance is step-free and ADA compliant.
The Specifics:
Upper level 1: Open floor plan, ideal for entertaining. A large dining table seats 8+ with 3 additional countertop stools. Wood-burning stove & large deck w/ seating & gas grill. Large 1/2 bath. This level features the Master bedroom w/ king-size bed, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
Upper 1/2 Level: This is 1/2 floor down from the upper and features a Junior Suite with queen bed and twin trundle bed, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, deck w/ seating & a walk-in closet. This floor also has a smaller, 3rd bedroom w/closet and queen bed.
•Main Level/Entry: Large entry entry area just off the heated garage w/ boot warmers. Large living area has a queen sleeper w/ foam mattress and a full size bathroom. Laundry room is also located on this level.
Lower Level: Located on this floor is bedroom #4 w/ a queen bed. Living area features a Smart TV and high-end air mattress available. Access to the backyard and hot tub from this level. Bathroom includes a dry sauna w/ shower.
