Another bathroom with shower. 4 double bedrooms that can be connected to each other. Small kitchenette with induction hob and refrigerator, adjacent to the exit to the rear garden. Bathroom with shower. Large kitchen with fireplace, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, moka pot. Adjacent to the large kitchen is a small corner with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric oven. 2nd floor: library, twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub. In the annex near the pool is a relaxation area with armchairs. At the rear of the building is a large room for meetings and events.
