La Specola is an estate with 3 villas, each with fully equipped kitchen, that can be only booked together very beautiful, comfortable villa "La Torre", from the 12nd century, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 3 houses in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 4 km from the centre of Figline Valdarno, 7 km from the centre of Incisa Valdarno, 35 km from the centre of FIrenze, in a secluded, sunny position residential area (villas), in the countryside. Private: park (fenced), large, well-kept garden 5 ha with lawn and flowers, natural pond, swimming pool (9 x 18 m, depth 120 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: hot tub (all included), billiard table, bicycle rental.
