The property boasts a large (15,000 sq. m.) park, with natural grass, where guests will find the rectangular pool, with Roman stairs and purified with chlorine, measuring 7 metres by 14 with a depth of 1.25-1.45 metres. Externally paved, the pool is complete with beach umbrellas, sun beds, an outdoor shower and two wooden pergolas for relaxing in the shade. There is a practical outbuilding in front of the pool, with a small bathroom, sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing or reading. The property is similar to a hotel, with a large dining room on the ground floor with TV and outdoor access, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (with separable beds) with bathroom with shower (two of these bathrooms are suitable for the disabled), one single bedroom with French bed (150cm). Two more small bathrooms round up this floor. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (with separable beds) with bathroom with shower, one of which has access to the balcony which leads to two single bedrooms on the same floor, 8 single bedrooms with French beds (150 cm) and bathroom with shower, one of which has a private terrace. There is also a washing room with washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. The outbuilding close to the swimming pool has modern furnishing and is on one floor. There is a TV/reading room with sofas and a small bathroom.

Location
The property has a great panoramic view of woods and fields, with a few other villas nearby, overlooking the nearby village and the entire Arno valley.

La Villa Le Greti has wifi, central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas, baby bed, high chair, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers in the bathrooms, plus parking in the property. Every room has a safe, and 4 of the upstairs bedrooms (3 singles and one double) have a ceiling fan.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (with weekly change), swimming towels, internet, electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, high chair and baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are hired help for cleaning and tidying the bathrooms and bedrooms, a cook, breakfast products, extra linen changes.

Important information
Swimming pool is available from May 15th to September 30th. A maximum of two small pets are permitted (not allowed in the pool). The double beds can be separated upon request when booking the property.Activities and Distances
The villa is on a hill which overlooks the valley of the Arno river, not far from the town of Soci with grocery stores and a supermarket. The owner of the property runs a restaurant in the town square. Hiking and outing lovers can enjoy the various trails in the huge, ancient woods in the Casentino park, in Santuari della Verna, Camaldoli or the Idoli lake, the source of the river Arno. Arezzo and Cortona are both easy to get to by car, and Siena and Florence are not too far away.
