About this house rental
Our house, JADEMUSCHEL, is located in a quiet, out-of-the-way spot in the vacation village of Sehestedt, right on the Jadebusen, about 700 m from the small North Sea resort of Sehestedt.
From the southeast-facing terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the natural surroundings.
The house offers approximately 83 square meters of living space on one level. The open-concept living and kitchen area features high-quality appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron) and a large wooden table that seats 6 people. Opposite a leather sofa set is a large TV with satellite and broadband Internet access.
Through the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, you’ll reach an additional room with a sauna (for about 3–4 people) and a washing machine.
The master bedroom features a large double bed (200 cm x 200 cm).
The second bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 200 cm x 90 cm) and is located on the loft (no standing room) with an additional bed (200 cm x 140 cm).
Every room has insect screens to keep out any uninvited guests.
During the warm season, garden furniture and a patio umbrella are available on the large terrace. On the partially covered terrace in front of the side entrance to the sauna room, you’ll find a charcoal grill.
A small garden shed provides a place to store bicycles and charge e-bikes (starting in fall 2022).
You can have bread rolls delivered daily via a delivery service; a small local store near the dike carries all the essentials, as well as a café on the dike.
In Varel, 15 km away, you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities. You can buy food directly from the farmers at the Bioland-certified Butendiek farm and the Demeter-certified Eekenhof farm. A variety of restaurants in Varel Harbor and the artists’ village of Dangast invite you to stop by. There is a large indoor swimming pool in the center of Dangast.
The Nordsee Lagune in Burhave and Centerpark Tossens are each about 20 km away.

Pets, parties, and events are not permitted in this vacation home.
The vacation home development is still under construction, and there may be occasional noise and dust. All the homes across from and next to the Jademuschel are already completed. A “construction site discount” has already been applied.
