This modern, open-plan two-bedroom home offers a comfortable and stylish base for your stay in Exeter and the Topsham area. The house features a contemporary bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink, as well as a downstairs cloakroom with WC.
Located in a quiet residential area just off the M5 (J30), the property sits conveniently between Exeter and Topsham. Public transport is excellent, with bus stops only a two-minute walk away and the local train station just four minutes on foot. Exeter city centre is approximately 3.5 miles away, Topsham is 2 miles away, and the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium is less than 1 mile from the house.

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms:
• Bedroom One – double bed
• Bedroom Two – double bed and single Z bed

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay.
There is one free off-road parking space, and additional free parking is available throughout the estate for guests arriving with more than one vehicle.
