Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet, secure residence (with elevator), this beautiful, fully refurbished apartment features 103 m² of living space. With triple exposure, this bright, comfortable T3 includes :
- an exceptional 2-hectare outdoor space featuring a 25 m² sunny and partially covered terrace, a balcony and a vast garden,
- a large living room bathed in light,
- a peaceful bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a charming bedroom with 2 single beds,
- 2 bathrooms with showers (including a walk-in shower), one of which also includes a toilet,
- a separate toilet,
- separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities and air conditioning,
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- one parking space,
- access to the residence's communal swimming pool, where you'll also find a tennis court and ping-pong table.

- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

Being close to all amenities, you will take only 5 min by car or nice 30-min stroll to reach the city center and visit the emblematic places: Antibes’s Old Town, the museums (including the Picasso museum), the port, the Fort Carré, Juan-les-Pins, the beaches and other attractions... Lastly, you will take only 10 min by car to reach the water park Marineland, 20 min to Cannes or 30 min to Nice.

Juan Les Pins train station → 10 min by car
