About this villa rental
Beautiful country house with swimming pool, garden, barbecue, covered parking, free wi-fi, air conditioning, renovated in May 2015.
On the first floor, guest apartment with four bedrooms, (two doubles, one triple and one twin), three bathrooms with shower, kitchen, living room, terrace.
On the ground floor a small kitchen, a living room with a large table, sofa, fireplace, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, a private cellar, a large covered veranda, the barbeque and large green spaces.
Sat TV, free internet service with internal and external wifi (pool area). Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, pods and caspule coffee machine, electric water heater, fridge, oven.
Our welcome gift includes seasonal fruit and two bottles of our own wine.
The villa is located on a hill 3 km from the coast, with a splendid view of the sea, the historic center of Cupra Marittima, the hills and mountains of the Marche and Abruzzo regions.
The house is inside a 15 ha property with vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. Our crops are organic and certified.
Privacy is guaranteed by its quiet location, 500 m away. from the main road and the nearest houses. The property is accessible by private road, has an exclusive, fenced in salt pool with a large sunbathing area and a shaded roof.
The sea is only 3 km from the house, where the beaches are free and equipped with all services (umbrellas, deck chairs, bars, restaurants, bike rental; sailing and windsurfing schools etc.).
The whole coast called "Riviera delle Palme" is very organized with services for tourists, sea excursions, -mounts -city cities, restaurants and festivals that offer the best of local cuisine at very affordable prices.
All shops and services are present in Cupra Marittima (2,5Km) Grottammare (7Km) and San Benedetto del Tronto (10Km). which also has a railway station for long-distance trains and a marina and fishing boat. In Cupra Marittima there is a railway station and a bus service (also for Rome (about three hours), four times a day).
It is possible to make day trips to the mountains (60-80 Km), to Ascoli Piceno, Urbino, the Frasassi caves, the Gradara Castle, the Tremiti islands, the Conero Riviera in many other interesting places,
The whole house is completely available to guests and the owners, who live in Grottammare, access only occasionally and only during the day (normally once or twice a week) for maintenance and cultivation.
During the month of September, a fixed day a week, we make a small harvest, we press the grapes to produce wine in the cellar on the ground floor. Interested guests can participate and can listen to a lesson on wine preparation methods given by an oenologist.
Participating guests will have 12 free bottles of wine per family.
In October normally the second week, we dedicate one day to the olive harvest and on the same day an inimitable extra virgin olive oil will be produced. The guests present can participate and will have 4 kg of oil per family for free.

Marchetti Villa was the perfect place to stay and explore the Cupra Marittima area. The villa and pool were clean and comfortable for our family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Tommaso met us when we arrived and showed us the house, gardens, pool and fruit trees. Tommaso helped us find a cooking lesson with a local lady, which was a wonderful experience. We had an exceptional fixed price supper at PepeNero and another fine dining experience with farm fresh ingredients at the La Fattoria di Lori. We wish we could stay longer than the 5 nights we stayed at Villa Marchetti.

Great vacation in a great location! We were here with two families for 14 days in September 2021 and have to say that the holiday home is perfect. Sufficient rooms and bathrooms, great, large communal kitchen, a perfect pool and an incredible garden with fig and olive trees and a vegetable garden. Cupra Marittima is a beautiful village on the coast with the typical, loving Italian charm. Beach and parking were ideal. The Villa Maretti is about 170m above on a hill. From there, there are many excellent and challenging tours in the area especially for MTB / Gravel fans - really great! Our thanks go to Tommaso for his hospitality and his team - everything was very well prepared. Stay healthy Tommaso and toitoitoi for the wine 2021. 1000 thanks

Our family vacation with a group of nine people was great! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the beautiful views & setting, the picturesque villages and towns in the area, local cuisine and Tommasso‘s wine. Communication with the owner was always perfect and we felt always safe in the house in spite of the loneliness of the estate. We would return to Villa Marchetti in a heartbeat!

Appropriately 1 hour drive from Ancona airport and high up a hill we arrived at Villa Marchetti, the immediate welcome other than Tommaso (the owner) and his friends tending to the organic grapes as just finishing their harvesting, was a spectacular view!
The Villa was on two levels, a smaller one bedroomed apartment with kitchen, diner, lounge area and outside space with a BBQ looking onto gardens and pool area. Upstairs via outside steps was a large 4 double/triple bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, kitchen and outside covered terrace with heavenly views from every window.
As we had secured the whole villa, Tommaso was happy for us to have the upstairs appartment, still with access to the downstairs if wanted.
The pool was a perfect size and well maintained, with plenty of seating and shaded areas. The views fantastic overlooking the vineyards, fruit trees and beyond!
This was exactly what we were looking for in a much needed stress free holiday. Quietness, beautiful views, friendly locals, good weather, friendly locals and a kind/generous owner.
We had great walks up and down hills in the evenings and the two recommended restaurants were perfect in their quality and value for money! Both set menus, but the food just kept coming and it was delicious!
For a large family the Villa would work perfectly as there is much space and areas, but for us (just two) was even better!
Tommaso discretely visited twice daily to check his wine,which was helpful if advice was needed and he was more than helpful. We will be returning! Thank you Tommaso it was a lovely experience and would have loved to stay longer. X Lee and Raphael
