The space
Brand NEW luxury modern 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom home that can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. We have created a comfy and colorful place for our guests to unwind, relax, and enjoy. The 10ft ceilings make the space feel grand while the artsy and stylish furniture gives it a warm, cozy, and memorable feel. We can't wait to host you!
We are centrally located to all that Durham has to offer and the highway is minutes away.
Our bedrooms include:
-Master suite: King bed (hybrid 12' deep mattress) with extra large closet, private bathroom, blackout curtains and 40" smart TV
-2nd bedroom: Queen bed, full size closet
-3rd bedroom: Luxurious Day bed that converts from twin to king size (as needed) , work desk and chair, closet, 40" smart TV and exercise equipment
-Living room: Modern electric fireplace, comfortable deep seat couch, chairs and open space, 50" smart TV, Nintendo switch and accessories, board games and books for reading
Other areas:
-Modern dining area that seats 6 with ample sunlight
-Fully stocked kitchen to make your comfort meals away from home

Guests will have access to the entire 2 story unit with 2 designated parking spaces in the back. 2 smart locks will get you in and out of the house.

24/7 Audio and video surveillance is captured on the exterior of the property only
Absolutely no parties will be tolerated.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a normal level.
The driveway is shared; please don't block it.
There is not room for more than 2 cars to park. Do not bring more than 2 cars. You may only park in the two spaces at the back of the property.
