A smart bungalow on the edge of Padstow, the thriving harbour town known for its seafood and the stunning landscapes that surround the Camel Estuary. Featuring a spacious lounge/diner, three versatile bedrooms and a good size rear garden, it is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking long, activity-led days in good company on the North Cornwall coast.


With its bright, airy rooms flooded with natural light from all angles, and an impressive range of modern conveniences and contemporary furnishings throughout, the bungalow is a comfortable base from which to explore the local area. The lounge/diner, complete with skylights, enjoys panoramic views of the estuary, with French doors linking it to the decked areas of the property. The decking is also accessible via the modern kitchen, which has all foodies need to create memorable, guilt-free feasts. A handy utility room will ensure guests and their clothes always scrub up well, and there is also plenty of room in the bungalow for three bedrooms: a spacious en-suite king-size bedroom with panoramic estuary views and access to the decked area; a twin bedroom; and a bunkroom, ideal for younger guests. A sloping lawned garden stands at the front of the property, while at the rear, an attractive lawned garden enjoys estuary views. An adjacent garage is perfect for storing and cleaning outdoor kit.


Padstow’s delightful working harbour (0.5 miles) is dotted with cafes and restaurants serving the day’s catch, along with winding streets home to independent shops and galleries. Beaches are scattered across the Camel Estuary (1 mile) with some reachable via the South West Coast Path. The Camel Trail takes cyclists to Bodmin (13 miles), while the breathtaking Eden Project is 21 miles from the bungalow.
