The beautifully appointed villa has many modern amenities to boast but the back-porch oceanview and the proximity to the beach are truly the icing on the cake making this condo a true standout. The bright, serene coastal retreat is perfect for families and guests seeking a year-round coastal getaway. The back porch provides stunning sunrises you can enjoy with your morning coffee from the balcony or better yet take a stroll along the beach watching the stunning sunrise colors while listening to the calming waves.
