The heat will be turned back on in the fall. (Those times are to be determined by the weather!) ***The Lap Pool and Kiddy Pools will close (heat turned off) on November 14th, 2025. All Pools are scheduled to reopen on February 28th 2026.

This condo is in a fantastic location—just an easy walk to the beach, with the added bonus of being able to step right off the back porch onto the beach path. A keypad on the back door would be a great addition for more secure and convenient access after a beach day.The pool is a nice size, though it can feel a bit crowded for the number of condos in the complex. Inside, the living and dining area is surprisingly spacious for a condo, while the kitchen is standard-sized. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen, but the pantry was filled with items left behind by previous guests, leaving no storage space for our food and making the counters feel cluttered.The air conditioning worked well (which I appreciate, since I tend to run warm). Both bathrooms are a comfortable size. The mattresses are decent but could benefit from an upgrade, as they felt a bit worn.Overall, it’s a pleasant and well-located condo that I would recommend.

This place was everything and then some. From the room to the property to the locals, it was just perfect. So super clean and fresh. From this room you can walk right out the back or just around the building from the front and be at a game area, grilling area, playground or beach in minutes. It’s like walking to the mailbox! The pool and lagoons for fishing (our kids loved that!!) or admiring the ducks and turtles are just a short walk from the front door as well. The grounds are gorgeous and daily maintained. This beach is spectacularly clean too. A few points...The pool is NOT heated, regardless of what it says on the website. The hot water in the kitchen takes a long time to get hot but it does work. It isn’t marked but turn it all the way to the right and be patient. There is a highchair. The keurig pictured was not there, but The Vacation Company brought us a loaner which was super sweet. I’m sure all of the villas are great, but we will definitely look for this one first on our next trip.
