A separate building, just a short distance away, provides an additional 12 m² of space, featuring another bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. A partially covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill extends the living area. Heating expenses are calculated based on usage and will be settled with the deposit.
