Originally built in 1947, tastefully updated in 2007. Located on prestigious Blvd Of The Presidents on Lido Key, Florida!
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this-1-bedroom upper unit garden style home in Sarasota.
You will can relax and enjoy fresh brewed coffee with sunrise on your balcony each morning, and walk to the beach just one block away for golden sunsets!!
The space
Your stay is managed by a reputable licensed professional who is both a licensed real estate agent, fully certified, and a qualified property manager with over 19 years of real estate experience. Stay with well known , reputable hosts and those you can trust.
The beautiful home features one comfortable King sized bed, perfect for a-restful night, large living room with sofa sleeper, one bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. There is not a stove or oven. There is an electric skillet, a slow cooker, and an electric hot plate for cooking and a microwave.
The basics are provided such as body soaps, body wash, lotion, conditioner, pre pasted toothbrush,
bathroom tissue, towels, sheets, linens, cleaning essentials, laundry detergent, extra bedding and pillows, basic kitchen essentials such and cooking essentials, spices, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, creamer, bottled water (6) . You’ll need to purchase additional items for your own preferences.
Conveniently, there is a Publix grocery store located within 4 miles of the house. Please plan accordingly to be sure you have needed supplies.
Your bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and basic essentials. The house also offers heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or spending time with loved ones, this peaceful retreat has everything you need. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sarasota. The yard is fenced. There is no pool available for use. There is a public pool just one block from the house at the beach.
The pool is available only for then guests staying at the main level of the house. That is listed as a separate property.
There is a kayak rental nearby and stand up paddle boarding nearby. Be sure to check out the mangrove tunnels, located down the street.
Lido public pool and Lido grill are just down the street as well. Located right at the beach!
