The area is known for great beaches, good food, outdoor activities, local attractions and lots of sunshine. We are centrally located on Lido Key a block to the beach and short 10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle for boutique shopping and numerous outdoor seating restaurants. Downtown is minutes away over the Ringling Bridge.

Sunshine on Lido was so perfect for our 5 day stay! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful while still being in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We loved the designated undercover parking spot. Inside we found the condo to be just as described in the listing and CLEAN! We only used the King bed which was comfy and cozy. Jan and Chris thought of everything - even a small library of books, beach bags, coolers, chairs, umbrella, and a cart for toting on beach day. I would not hesitate to book with them again or recommend their place to friends and family.

Very clean and cute decorated unit. Only communal outdoor space. Our unit had a weird smell. Owner promptly came over, but could not find the issue. A short walk to the beach. A longer walk to shopping.
