    The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean, but you have to request room cleanup and towels/linen change. It’s on a good location near transit and a short walk to the bustling area of Hongdae. Overall worth the stay, and I would stay in it again next time I’m in Seoul.

    Hotel is extremely clean, location is just a short walk from the subway! Staff are all very friendly and helpful, one small suggestion would be to have a small ramp at the staircase near the lift so it’s easier to carry heavy luggage to and from the lift. Everything else is otherwise perfect!

    Very convenient location Room was small but well contained with very nice furnishing and finishes Staff were all very friendly and receptive with good English.

    The hotel is in a good location, clean and functional, nothing fancy, but it was the front desk staff that made a huge difference. Every time we walk in, they would greet you with a bright smile and say HELLO. It made us feel very welcome. Special mention to Mina who always looks so happy at work, we really love her joyous personality! The washing machines and dryer were also very good and huge! Thank you!
